What to Expect from a Coaching Session

Coaching sessions generally take place every 3 weeks, in person or via video link. My clients generally commit to 4 sessions as we work through their agenda.

First and foremost, it is important that we get on well, so the first conversation we will have is a phone or video call to make sure we are both happy to work together. This complimentary call usually lasts 10-15 minutes. 

Session One – No advance work is required, just show up interested and ready to talk and we will go from there.  In this session, will work together to agree your agenda (don't worry if you don't even know where to start)  and we will spend the hour navigating it together.

Everything is confidential & by the end of this session, you'll have a sense of how coaching can support your specific goals.  You will walk away with some achievable actions to work towards before the next session.

My Coaching Story

For the past 20 years I have been exploring the world of psychotherapy, parenting of the self and positive mindset.  Like most people, I have hit various roadblocks in business & in my personal life. I learned to overcome them, emerging stronger each time. The techniques I developed were so successful that friends and family began asking me for help with their own challenges. Through my personal journey I discovered coaching and neuroscience. This gave me a framework to help others & this motivated me to turn my lifelong survive-and-thrive kit into a career.
